Shipping Policy

Upon purchase, please allow 2-4 business for our team to process your order once your payment has been posted. Orders placed during weekends will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays). After an order has shipped, the delivery time may take anywhere between 3-9 days. Please note, once your order has shipped out, Rising Jewelry is no longer responsible for the package. Rising Jewelry will do it's best to assist, however, if your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, reach out to your local post office with the tracking number.
